Situational alert

You find yourself outside a shape.

You’re outside looking at it.

You peer at it and realize it is a structure, a system designed to encompass and involve huge numbers of people. Perhaps, everyone.

You know you have several choices.

You can enter the shape and take up residence and act in accordance with the customs of the others.

You can remain outside and simply observe. This option seems workable for the short-term. But in time, it will probably prove unsatisfying.

You can find a way to enter and exit the shape on your own volition. And with that choice, you can invent novel realities and make them fact inside the shape.

This seems your likely course.

You can also take up a position inside the shape and then develop a narrative which places you at the mercy of forces operating there. You would adopt a victim role in that case. The downside is obvious. Among other consequences, you would sacrifice the knowledge that: you can exist outside the shape and you have the power to invent new realities.

What realities might you want to create?

That is an energizing question, and it takes you past the situation in which you are an observer and nothing more.

It might be THE question which changes your life and future.
